Grand Egyptian Order (GOE-GODF)
The Grand Egyptian Order (GOE), worked within the Grand Orient de France (GODF), carries on a thirty-three degree version of the Memphis-Misraïm Rite. Its regalia stands out for its restraint, its ritual precision and its direct descent from the Egyptian heritage handed down since the 19th century. Each apron, sash, collar and jewel of the GOE marks both the office held in Lodge and the spiritual and symbolic authority attached to the higher degrees.
