This Secretary’s collar is intended for the 4th degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite. Hand-embroidered, it is made of blue natural silk edged in black, decorated with the insignia of the office and sprigs of Acacia embroidered in gold. It can be ordered with or without the jewel.
