3rd Order Sash Jewel - French Rite Higher Degrees
This is the jewel of the 3rd Order (III° Ordre) of the French Rite, worked in chapter (Chapitre Français). It takes up the jewel of the 2nd Order, a crowned pair of Compasses, opened on an arc of a circle bearing the numbers 3, 5, 7 and 9 and framing the Blazing Star with the letter G, and adds two crossed Swords.
