This reversible Masonic sash (baldric) serves the 1st and 2nd Orders of the French Rite, in the French Chapter (Chapitre Français). It is made of natural silk and embroidered by hand. A single sash covers both Orders: it is worn on one side or the other according to the Order being worked, with no need to change regalia.

This sash is intended for members of the French Chapter received into the 1st Order, Secret Elect (Élu Secret), and the 2nd Order, Grand Scottish Elect (Grand Élu Écossais). Its 90 × 11 cm dimensions are standard and comply with the requirements of the rites and regulations of Masonic Obediences.
