This sash, or baldric, is that of the Provincial Arch of Steel, in the Order of the Secret Monitor. Blue in colour, it has silver fringes and braid. It is adorned with a Star of David, the emblem of the Order and the inscription “Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler’s Arch of Steel”.
