Masonic apron of the Commander of the Temple, 27th degree AASR. It is red, edged and lined in black, with a white flap. On the apron, a black key surrounded by laurel branches; on the flap, a gold Teutonic cross laid on a black cross potent, overlaid with an escutcheon bearing the double-headed eagle and topped with 5 blue half-spheres.
The black belt is adjustable with a bronze snake clasp. The lined black back has two rear pockets for gloves and accessories.
NB: this apron corresponds to the rituals of Albert Pike, used particularly in American Freemasonry.
Dimensions: 39 × 33 cm, standard and in line with the requirements of the rites and regulations of Masonic Obediences.
