Return and reimbursement policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date of receipt of goods or taking possession of the product by a third party that you have appointed and which is not the carrier.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as those you have used for the order and you will not have to pay any fees for this refund.

So that the goods can be returned, please make sure that:

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods which, in accordance with their nature, cannot be returned, for example goods which deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date is exceeded.
  • The supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of protection of health or hygiene and which have not been sealed after delivery.
  • The provision of goods which are, after delivery, in accordance with their nature, mixed in an inseparable way with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise which does not meet the conditions of return above, at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as gifts when purchasing their purchase and sent directly to your home, you will receive a gift for the value of your return.

If the product was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift donor has shipped the order to himself to give it later, we will send the refund to the gift donor.
