This sash (écharpe) is that of the 2nd Order of Wisdom, Grand Scottish Elect (Grand Élu Écossais), in the Traditional French Rite (French Chapter). Made of natural silk, trimmed with gold fringes and hand-embroidered, it is 11 cm wide.
