It is made of sky-blue natural silk and adorned with the emblem of the office embroidered in gold, by hand. The back is lined; you choose a sky-blue back or a black back with a funeral print, as well as the version with or without a jewel.

This collar is intended for the Secretary in the Rectified Scottish Rite. If you choose it with a jewel, this is the jewel of the Secretary: it depicts two crossed quills. It is made of airain, a copper alloy, akin to bronze or brass. It weighs 40 g and measures 5.5 × 8 cm.
