This collar (sautoir) is that of the Almoner (Éléémosynaire), in the Rectified Scottish Rite (Régime Écossais Rectifié, RER). It is made of sky-blue natural silk and adorned with the emblem of the office embroidered in red and gold, by hand. The back is lined; you choose a sky-blue back or a black back with a funeral print, as well as the version with or without a jewel.
