This collar (sautoir) is that of the Worshipful or Past Commander Noah (Commandeur Noé), for the Royal Ark Mariners (Nautoniers de l’Arche Royale), in the French style. It is made of rainbow-coloured cotton, with a silver-tone keystone (bossoir) set on a tricolour rosette, and silver-tone soutache. The burgundy back is lined. It follows GLNF usage.
