Decors inspired by Scottish tradition

In Scotland, there is no uniform code for aprons: some lodges opt for plain colors, others for a local tartan.

French lodges that have adopted the Standard Rite of Scotland have chosen to refer to the Royal Stewart tartanwhich has become emblematic of this rite on the continent.

This choice does not imitate Scottish diversity: it is a unified interpretation of it, a sign of respect and attachment to a living tradition.
