Supreme Ruler Sash - Order of the Secret Monitor (French style)
This sash, or baldric, is that of the Governor (Supreme Ruler) of the Order of the Secret Monitor, in the French style. In yellow, violet and red, it has white fringes and is adorned with a Crown, the emblem of the Order and a tricolour rosette, hand-embroidered.
