Do we have a physical store ?

We are an online Masonic shop. Therefore, we do not have a physical store. However, our office/warehouse is located in the Paris region.

Good deals

Are you looking for discounted products? Visit the 'Good Deals' page on our website. There, you will find various products/materials at a fixed price throughout the year.

However, these items may have slight signs of use or minor manufacturing defects that do not hinder product usability. If applicable, these indicators are specified on the corresponding product page.

We do not accept any exchanges, returns, or refunds on Good Deals items.

At Nos Colonnes, you have the opportunity to win small prizes by participating in our weekly contests. You can find them on our social media platforms.

Gift cards/promo codes Nos Colonnes

Want to treat a friend? At Nos Colonnes, we offer you the opportunity to purchase gift cards ranging from 10 to 200 euros.

Have you been lucky enough to receive a Nos Colonnes gift card? You can use it in the 'promo code or gift card' field during the checkout of your order. The same process applies when using promo codes.

International banking fees

Nos Colonnes is an international family business under the name VKO partners.

Being an international company, banking fees may apply depending on the payment options available to you.

If applicable, these fees will be reimbursed to you systematically.

To avoid these fees, you can proceed with a bank transfer (in euro) to make your payment. This option is undoubtedly free of charge and available at checkout.

If you're looking for a specific product that you can't find on our site, no problem. At Nos Colonnes, we can customize any type of product upon request. We invite you to contact us for any specific inquiries.

Obtaining an Invoice

Please contact us if you wish to receive an invoice in digital format. If by chance you misplace it, feel free to request a new one. You can reach out to us via email at info@nos-colonnes.com or by phone at : +33 (0) 1 84 80 65 42.

Can orders be placed over the phone?

Our customer service is available to assist you over the phone with your orders, using the following number : +33 1 84 80 65 42. A payment link will then be sent to you if you wish to proceed with the transaction.

What happens if the product I want to order is out of stock ?

In some cases, the product you wish to order may temporarily be out of stock in our inventory. If this occurs, we will promptly inform you via email to offer a possible alternative product or update you on the new delivery timeframe.

Modifying or Cancelling an Order After It Has Been Placed

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us by email at info@nos-colonnes.com or by phone at : +33 (0) 1 84 80 65 42. 

If your order has not yet been processed, you can freely modify or cancel the items in your order.

If the order has already been processed and your package is on its way, unfortunately, modification or cancellation is not possible at this stage. 

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to exchange or obtain a refund. (See the "Exchange Conditions" and "Refund Conditions" sections)

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are waived for metropolitan France on purchases over 70 euros, for all products combined !

We offer free delivery in metropolitan France for over 500 product references.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the desired product(s), package weight, and destination country. 

Our shipping options and rates are visible at checkout, after adding the item(s) to your cart.

Delivery Tracking

In most cases, you can track your package via the www.laposte.fr website, using the tracking number provided to you by email when your order is shipped.

Delivery Address Error

In the event that the address you provided is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Therefore, you will be contacted to obtain the correct delivery details. You can also provide us with your correct address via email at info@nos-colonnes.com or by phone at : +33 (0) 1 84 80 65 42

The return shipping costs are at your expense.

Letter or Package

Depending on the size or quantity of desired products, you will receive either a tracked 'lettre verte' in your mailbox or a Colissimo package. For further information, you can visit www.laposte.fr

Delivery Times in France

For all products in stock, delivery to metropolitan France is estimated within 2 to 5 business days. In case of out-of-stock items, an additional 10 to 15 days are estimated. 

Some products are made to order. Therefore, processing time may take up to an additional 15 to 20 days.

Upon shipment of your package, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which can be used on the website www.laposte.fr

International Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times are : 

  • European Union: 3 to 5 business days.
  • United States, Canada, Australia: 7 to 20 business days.
  • Other countries: 10 to 30 business days.

Some products are made to order. Therefore, processing time may take up to an additional 15 to 20 days.

Upon shipment of your package, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which can be used on the website www.laposte.fr

Delivery via Chronopost

If you need fast delivery, you have the option to have your package delivered to a nearby pickup point in less than 24 hours after the shipment. You will also receive a tracking number by email. You can contact us anytime if you are interested in this option. Applicable in France and throughout Europe. Additional fees may apply.

Delivery via Delivengo

If you are outside of France and your package weighs less than 2kg, we may use Delivengo for sending your products. This is a service similar to Colissimo. You can find more information on www.laposte.fr

Partial Delivery

If part of your order is available but one or more products are out of stock, we will inform you of all the details via email. Are you eager to receive your first items? We can send you a partial shipment. Additional fees may apply depending on your geographical location.

If you're considering placing a substantial order and wondering if the package can be delivered to you without any issues, at Nos Colonnes, we can safely ship packages of any size to your doorstep.

Returns and Exchanges

You have a 30-day period from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange. Beyond this 30-day period, we do not accept exchanges.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Regarding shipping costs, it is important to note that :

  • In case of receiving a damaged product or an error in the order, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and shipment of the new product.
  • If the product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it for other reasons, the shipping costs for the return and shipment of the new product will be borne by the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will proceed with the shipment of the new product.

Refund

Eligibility Criteria :

  • The product is damaged
  • There is an error in my order
  • I no longer want the product (excluding personalized products)

You have a 30-day period from the date of receipt of the product to request a refund. Beyond this 30-day period, we do not accept refund requests.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Regarding shipping costs, it is important to note that :

  • In case of receiving a damaged product or an error in the order, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If the product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it for other reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will proceed with the refund within 10 business days.

You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us by email or phone. You will be asked to provide your order number, as well as photos of the damaged product. To expedite your return process, please provide us with the tracking number of your package. 

Our customer service team will handle the issue as quickly as possible.
